こんばんは。PC版のログイン障害について、ご存じの方がいたら教えてほしいです ゲームのログイン画面からサポートにも飛べず困っています

自分もPC版でDragonestのidでログインしているのですが、今回のアップデート後、ログインできなくなりました。
自分の場合は、iPadでログインしたらPC版でもログインできるようになりました。 参考までに
